This integration requires the IDOX Service Request / SR Connector version 10 (separate purchasable item from IDOX) to be installed upon your IDOX Uniform environments as a prerequisite. 
Initial Integration has focussed around allowing any data captured within Jadu to be mapped to available fields for the "General 
Service Request Type" within Uniform. We will then iteratively work on adding support for other types (Food, Pest, Complaints) in iterative phases. 
Requires Jadu HUBis solution.
